Upcoming 3 day Intensive!

Save the dates April 26-28th in Chattanooga, TN

Do you spend a lot of your time worrying and problem solving in your brain or thinking about how you could do things better or avoiding situations because you think you will mess up? Are you so busy that if someone asked you what you wanted you wouldn’t be able to answer? Do you feel like you have a secret that is so horrible you can’t share it with anyone? Are you finding yourself numbing with wine, food, business or anger? Then you are in the right place. Keep reading to find out more.

The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The primary focus of this three day personal growth intensive is on developing shame resilience skills and developing a courage practice that transforms the way we live, love, parent, and lead. Through this powerful material you will embrace the freedom that comes with claiming your strengths, identifying your values, and resting in the self-acceptance.  You will learn how to fully embrace the belief that you are enough and how to practice vulnerability as the pathway to creating deeper connections with others and authentic living.

In preparation please watch Brené Brown’s Ted Talks and read Daring Greatly by Brené Brown, LMSW, Phd. Saturday morning we will start with a short yoga and Clarity Breathwork session so please wear comfortable clothes and bring a cozy blanket or two (no previous experience necessary.) We will break for lunch on Saturday and Sunday but please bring snacks and water as needed. We will take short breaks during the day to check in but please let your loved ones know you will not be available most of the day.
