Individual Therapy

In individual therapy a therapist works with you to identify areas of your life that are affecting your wellbeing. Together you and the therapist will explore your history, current situation and coping skills to develop a treatment plan for improving your ability to manage your life in the most effective way. A therapist has the training and expertise to see you fully with compassion and teach you new skills to improve your functioning and reduce symptoms.

Intake fee: $200 Individual Therapy fee: $125

Group Therapy

Group therapy can be intimidating but is very powerful. Sharing experiences with others who can validate your experience and offer empathic responses is a healing process. Holly offers groups base on Brené Brown’s work several times a year. Please check out the Daring Way™ Offerings page for more information.

Group Session fee: $50 per session

Crisis Consultation

The mental health treatment system is confusing and even scary at times. Most people have limited understanding of the levels of care and local/regional providers. Holly works hard to network with local providers and treatment centers and has experience working at every level of care. If you or your family is experiencing a mental health/substance abuse crisis you will need some guidance. Holly can work with you to identify the appropriate services and help you ask the right questions to get the help you need. (This service is not covered by insurance.)

Initial Consultation fee: $250

Additional time fee: $75 per half hour of work time

Good Faith

Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
